The shipbuilding industry remains an important market for the group. A new collaboration with Cadmatic, a leading data-driven software developer for the shipbuilding industry, allows Oglaend System and Hilti to gain additional relevance in this specialized domain.
This collaboration entails the development of intelligent digital libraries, which enable ship designers to quickly implement pre-engineered support systems in the design workflows of new vessels.
Intercad Ship Design & Engineering, a trusted partner of Cadmatic, took the key role in developing these 3D libraries, in collaboration with Oglaend System’s engineering team. The solution has been recently rolled out to great customer satisfaction.
